Ayo is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Facilitator, Certified Fraud Examiner and also possesses a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Masters Degree.
During his career spanning well over a decade, He has acquired valuable skills /experience in Audit (internal and external), Financial Planning & Reporting, IFRS, Stakeholders and Team Management, Internal Controls Development & Monitoring, Project Management, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Fraud & Risk management, Process Standardization & Improvement, Cost Management, Business Development and Continuous Process Improvement. These skills/experiences were primarily derived from his working and personal development opportunities with various multinationals (within and outside Africa) including KPMG.
In his career, He has had to provide strategic leadership to heads of department in about 18 countries within the AMEE region (this includes Nigeria, South Africa, Russia, Egypt and Ethiopia). In order to discharge his responsibilities effectively, He leveraged on his experience as a Finance Business Partner (a combination of business advisory, consulting and industry based hands-on experience).
